SALON POLICIES AND BOOKING TERMS

• Appointments will be required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit fee online to secure your appointment no exceptions.

• Deposit must be made online for all services to secure an appointment.

• Pricing varies depending on service - Global lightening starts at $100 p/hour lightening session. Specific services are based on fixed pricing according to hair density and hair plan.

• Consultation is free and mandatory during the appointment.

• Consultation can be booked prior to the appointment day.

• 48-hour notice is required to CANCEL your appointment.

• Automated text reminders and emails will be sent out 24 hours prior to appointments.

• The salon will NOT be responsible for missed appointments.

• The client decides to reschedule before 48 hours and will have salon credit.

• If you are running late you may have your treatment shortened to avoid inconvenience to the client who has a booking after you

• Pricing excluding gst services and applicable taxes will be charged.
